Services Description

Central Rivers Construction provides kitchen planning, remodeling, and installation services throughout Illinois. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Kitchen design and planning
• Complete kitchen remodeling
• Cabinet installation and repair
• Custom kitchen solutions
• Consultation and project management

Project Estimates and Contracts

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. A signed contract is required before work begins. Changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges and extended timelines. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in the project contract.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their property
• Ensuring clear access to the work area
• Removing personal belongings from work areas
• Being available for scheduled inspections and approvals
• Providing necessary permits if required by local authorities

Warranty and Guarantees

We provide a 2-year workmanship warranty on all labor and installation work. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and appliances according to their specific terms. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or natural disasters.

Limitation of Liability

Central Rivers Construction's liability is limited to the cost of the project. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or other economic losses.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Central Rivers Construction and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Privacy

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If work has begun, the client may be responsible for payment of work completed plus any additional costs incurred due to termination.
